Yes they can – as long as they have your express permission and you make no financial gain from them doing so. If they are paying guests, then you need to make sure you have appropriate protection for renting out your caravan.
In this latter instance, even if your paying guests are friends or family, the fact that your caravan is attracting an income from them means that you may need your cover extended to include what is known as “hire or reward”.
This is unless you already have that element of protection anyway – then you will not need to worry.
