FAQ – How do I change my policy?

Making changes to your policy couldn’t be simpler. Simply contact us on our freephone number (0800 970 7172) and your dedicated Account Handler will make the changes for you.

There may be a number of reasons why your caravan insurance policy may need changes, for example:

  • change of address;
  • change of storage location of your caravan;
  • changes to the value of your ‘van. For example, where you have refurbished it, meaning that you may need to increase the amounts of insurance you have; etc.

It cannot be stated enough just how important it is for you to notify us of any changes to your circumstances or to your caravan – this could not only affect your premium (ie. how much your policy costs) but the amount of cover you have. In the event of a claim, you would not want to be underinsured. Nor do you want to be paying more for your cover than you need to.
