We know how important it is to have your policy documents as quickly as possible once you have bought them, and that is why we provide a number of ways to get them to you.
For insurance bought via our telephone service, your documents will be sent out by first-class mail on the same day. You should receive them within a few days but may need to allow extra time during bank holiday periods.
If you have bought cover via our online service, then you will receive your policy documentation immediately in to your email inbox. We can also send you out a paper copy too, if you wish, as well as the email version.
What we can confirm is, once you have bought your policy, you are covered from the start date requested. We can arrange immediate cover, too and you will be insured immediately even if your policy documents are being mailed out to you via the postal service.
