Cover4Caravans rewarded for ongoing commitment to customer service

There is good service – and then there is Trusted Service. That is the tagline of a company called Feefo, which is set up to recognise businesses which go above and beyond the call of just good service and instead deliver an exceptional customer experience.

It does that by gathering ratings and reviews from customers themselves – so the reported exceptional standards of service they have received may be well and truly trusted.

Only those businesses rated as exceptional by the customers who use their services make the grade and receive one of the highly-prized top rankings awarded each year by Feefo.

Cover4Caravans is proud and delighted to announce that we have been awarded not just a recognition, but for the third year in a row, have received a prestigious Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation for 2018.

To maintain our enviable ranking as a Gold Trusted Merchant, we have relied on the continued, verified feedback from our new and existing customers who have consistently praised the service they received from us throughout 2017 and given us the high scores required by Feefo.

To achieve Gold Trusted Merchant status, that has meant our receiving an average customer service rating of between 95% and 100% (based on 100 or more genuine and verified customer reviews).

We take pride in yet another year in which our commitment to excellent customer service is recognised not only by our clients but by an independent and accredited rating organisation such as Feefo. It represents a genuine expression of the trust our loyal customers put in us, and we appreciate the recognition they have given in their feedback and reviews. It is a trust and commitment which cannot be bought or awarded by our colleagues in the insurance industry.

Customers first

The service we provide involves considerably more than just the sale of caravan insurance. We constantly strive to put our customers’ interests first.

That means:

  • providing them impartial and transparent information about the products we offer;
  • finding out their precise needs and requirements on any aspect of caravan insurance;
  • matching those requirements to the appropriate and price-competitive cover available;
  • helping them through the process of any caravan insurance claims they may need to make; and
  • at all times treating our customers fairly.

We also issue regular newsletters and have competitions so our customers can keep in touch with us as well as have some fun.

Our business stretches back to the middle of the twentieth century, and we have been operating in the caravan insurance marketplace for more than 70 years. Throughout that history, we have aimed to put excellence in customer service in very first place. Our success in achieving that goal is evidenced by the large number of loyal caravanners who return to us each year for advice, guidance and renewal of their caravan insurance policies.

To have achieved Gold Trusted Merchant accreditation from an independent rating service for the third time in successive years is fitting testament to our ongoing commitment to putting the customer first.
