Mark Searcy – Director:

Approaching 12 years.

Tell us about yourself.

Hi, my name is Mark and I spend as much time outdoors as I can. My hobbies include camping, cycling and walking. I spend lots of time trekking the Peak District in Derbyshire and when time allows I like to go further afield in Wales and Scotland.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?

I have been fortunate enough to travel to many places and I would love to return to South Africa one day. The scenery, weather and the wildlife are just stunning.

Billy Roy – Cover4 Manager:

How long have you been working at Cover4?

I began my career in insurance with Cover4 in January 2018 as a Trainee Account Handler. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different departments, progressing to Assistant Manager. I’ve now returned to Cover4 in October 2025, this time as Manager.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Billy Roy, and one of my biggest passions outside of work is running. Most weekends you’ll find me out on long runs, training with the goal of one day completing a 200-mile ultra marathon, such as the Bigfoot 200 in the Cascade Mountain Range of Washington State.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?

Machu Picchu has always been a dream destination for me. I’d love the chance to take on the famous Inca Trail and experience the history and beauty of the site first hand

If I could travel anywhere I’d go to anywhere in the Caribbean, Bahamas or Maldives.

I am new to the business.

Hi, my name is Tom McIntosh. I enjoy socialising with friends and family, going out for meals and I like to go for walks with my dog. I also enjoy watching football (big Chelsea fan), boxing and generally most things sport related.

If I could go anywhere in the world right now, I would probably go to Bali or Australia.

I have worked at Cover4 since August 2025 – so I am still a newbie!

Hello, my name is Chloe, I am 20 years old. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, socialising, and eating good food. I also enjoy pilates.

If I could go anywhere, I would definitely go to the Maldives in one of those water villas!

Sarah Clarke – Cover4 Senior Account Handler – Renewals Team:

How long have you been working at Cover4?

I have worked at Cover 4 for 18 years.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I have 2 adult children, my daughter is a paramedic, and my son works in print and has his first child on the way.  I am a Cub Scout leader and also an Assistant District Commissioner for the Scout section in our district.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?

I haven’t been abroad for many years as most of my holiday is taken up with Scouting, if I could go anywhere I would love to go to South America.

I’d like to think I’m quite an active person who enjoys sports such as football, golf and the gym. I also enjoy spending time with family and gaming with friends.

I would love to visit Japan.
